Three-plus years turning BFSI transformation mandates into shipped outcomes — banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions, credit bureaus, and public-sector clients, start to finish. BFSI's chaos: now considerably more tamed.
- Core lending transformation (Temenos LOS/LMS): Authored the BRD and to-be journey for an NBFC-MFI's onboarding-to-disbursement overhaul, baselining 20 business-critical KPIs with post-go-live forecasting.
- On-ground go-live support: Two branches, hand-holding field officers through the collections-to-disbursement cycle, resolving live issues via direct head-office IT escalation.
- Go-to-market strategy: Ran competitive benchmarking and regulatory-landscape analysis for a credit bureau's identity-theft-protection launch.
- RFP & vendor selection: Closed end-to-end RFPs for a treasury management system and an enterprise document management system, for a housing finance company and an international commercial bank.
- Process digitization: Led as-is discovery and to-be design for a public-sector export credit institution's paper-to-digital transformation.
